Equipment & Job Information
This 12,000 BTU mini split will condition an area up to 550 square feet. The indoor head gets mounted
inside of an exterior wall then mechanical connections are made between it and an outdoor unit that can
either be set on a pad at ground level or on a wall mount bracket. A remote is used to control the
temperature and make adjustments as needed.
This set up covers everything needed to install a mini split from scratch, excluding a new high voltage circuit. Please note that this unit does require a 220V circuit that is not included in this price, however we can
provide that service at an additional cost if needed. Our service range for this installation is a 35 mile radius
of Harrison, AR. Electrical Requirements:
Outdoor Unit: 220V 15 Amp Circuit
Mini Split Installation: Single Zone
Install a new single zone mini split heat pump, copper lineset, communication wires, drains, lineset cover, outdoor pad, service disconnect, whip and surge protector. Pressure test system to make sure there are no
leaks and do a thorough start up upon completion. We will register the equipments warranty to the new owner once the job is finished to maximize it. One day project for two installers. Install labor is backed by a 1 year workmanship warranty.
